Don't Panic! There will be no art burned during the writing of this post.
Art Fire is a website that I have recently become familiar with, and a site where I have recently begun selling my crafty creations.
Anyone who knows me or has read this blog will know that I am a proponent of Etsy. The intent of this post is not to knock Etsy in any way, but simply to offer up another venue for selling or finding quality handmade jewelry.
I recently had the pleasure of being featured on the home page of Art Fire, which is what inspired me to write about this artisan-friendly web site. At this point Art Fire is a bit less crowded than Etsy, which isn't a bad thing. Sometimes with newer, smaller sites, you are less likely to find the commercialized products that are offered by sellers more motivated by cash than by creativity.

So if you haven't yet been to Art Fire, I recommend taking a few minutes to click around. I'm quite certain you'll be pleasantly surprised.
